2. Find out your weaknesses and work on them!
I won't suggest you should spend much time here. Failure is when you judge a fish on it's ability to climb trees. First of all, fishes are not made to climb trees! It's not in their nature to climb trees at all, that is why they don't do that!
There are many things you can't do, because you are not made to do them. Forcing yourself to do those things will frustrate and exterminate your life. I know some musicians
who can't sing better than a toad, yet they are the most celebrated musicians in the world. It would have been another failure had it been you judged them just by their ability to sing.
Everybody must not sing! I repeat, "Everybody must not sing, and will not sing!" Discover areas you can function better and make the best of it.
Most times, when you tell people that you are a musician, they will conclude in their heart that you are a singer. I had to shock one of them the other day! A Facebook friend recently checked my profile and found out that I amvworship leader, so she invited me to herbchurch event. During our discussion, I told her that I don't sing, and she became confused.
'How can someone say that he is a worship leader and yet does not sing?' I read her mind.
Now this is the conventional belief, "Every worship leader must be a singer."
